Job description
Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Estimators to delegate estimating duties during the bidding process. Formulate estimates into proposal form for all trades. Delegate duties to PM and superintendents after projects are awarded. Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors. Travel is required once a month to visit and inspect project sites.
